Shipments and returns

Groceries

Groceries are shipped within 24hrs of order with options of next day delivery or 3 days delivery. Shipping cost are costed on weight and dimension of the item. Generally is it cheaper to buy in bulk as it does help reduce shipping fees but it is all up to our good customers.

Purchases can easily be picked up at our shop at 217 Timberlog lane Basildon or opt for home delivery. For deliveries within Basildon there will be an £8/delivery and will be delivered within 24hrs hours. Minimum purchase for Basildon delivery is £40.

There is no minimum purchase of any of our products on this website.

Hot Food Takeaway

Simply order to pick up in store, use uber Eats or deliveroo. Basildon residents can request for home delivery at the cost of £5 with minimum purchase of £50

Returns

Goods are accepted for returns  within 14 days of purchase and must be intact as sold. For takeaway foods please call immediately if you have any problem with the food or delivery and we will sort the issue immediately.
